Published: Tuesday, January 21st, 2020

Why me? are recruiting two new interns to join our growing team.

We are seeking a Communications and Administration intern to support our work on social media, our website, and our monthly newsletter. They will also create and maintain databases, and help with event organisation.

We are additionally seeking a Policy and Research intern to help us expand our policy work. The post-holder will work on long term projects, helping to produce policy papers on areas of interest to Why me?. Researching existing academic work and policies will be an important part of this role.

Both jobs will require someone who is enthusiastic about the aims of Why me? and is willing to work flexibly as part of a team. They also require fluent written and spoken English.

In return the post-holder will get experience working with a passionate team who are driven by our aim to transform the criminal justice system by increasing access to Restorative Justice.

Both roles are voluntary, but we pay lunch and travel expenses (within London). The intention is for the post-holder to work 3 days a week, between 10am and 5pm, but we appreciate that they will have other commitments and are able to be flexible around their needs as far as possible.

Deadline for applications is Monday February 10th at 9am.

Interviews will be on Wednesday February 19th

To apply, please send a CV and a one-page cover letter to info@why-me.org .
