How does my donation help transform lives?
Restorative Justice gives victims of crime the chance to ask questions, explain the impact a crime had on their lives and have a say in how the harm can be repaired. This restorative dialogue transforms lives by helping people affected by crime to recover, and helping people who have committed crime to see the consequences of their actions. Restorative Justice is a proven way to address trauma from crime and reduce re-offending.
Our Ambassadors’ stories are powerful illustrations of the impact Restorative Justice can have.
“The minute we were in the same room, perspective came back in my life… I instantly got my power back. I got my life back…”
Domestic abuse survivor
“Restorative Justice is an opportunity to see, and understand what you have done. I would hope that anyone who has the opportunity to do it will grab it with both hands, because there is nothing to lose, only to gain.”
We want more people to be able to experience the life-changing benefits of Restorative Justice and our aim is to raise £1,000 through our amazing fundraising team to make it happen. We genuinely value all contributions and donations, and as a small charity any gift will make a huge difference to us.
